From parking and reservations to a few details about your dining experience, we’ve gathered some helpful information to make your visit as easy and enjoyable as possible.
Parking & Arrival
Is valet parking available?
Yes. Valet parking is available for Urban Hill guests except on Sundays for $11 per vehicle.
To access valet, head west on 500 S and turn left onto Paper Lane (325 W). The valet team will be there to greet you.
Are there other parking options?
Be sure to view our parking map before your visit to see all available parking options and find the best route to Urban Hill.
Parking Garage
The parking garage is accessible from 300 W or Gale St. If entering from 500 S, turn onto 325 W (Gale St.).
The garage uses license plate recognition, so no ticket is needed. Scan the QR code to start your session using your phone number and license plate. After checking in at Urban Hill, use the QR code provided by the restaurant to validate your parking.
Post District Lot (Traeger Lot)
If traveling westbound on 500 S, turn left onto 350 W. The Traeger Lot will be on your right. Parking is available after 4 pm on weekdays and on weekends, with a few exceptions.
The lot uses license plate recognition, so no ticket is needed. Scan the QR code to start your session using your phone number and license plate. After checking in at Urban Hill, use the QR code provided by the restaurant to validate your parking.
North Lot (Zion's Lot)

RESERVATIONS
What happens if I'm running late?
Please call Urban Hill to let us know if you are running late. We will do our best to hold your table for a 15-minute grace period.
Can I arrive early for my reservation?
We are happy to welcome you when you arrive, but arriving early does not guarantee that your table will be ready before your reserved time.
How long do I have my table?
Dinner reservations for parties of 4 or fewer are limited to 2 hours. Parties of 5 or more are allotted 2.5 hours.
Can I request a specific table or accommodate a special request?
We will always do our best to accommodate special requests, but we cannot guarantee them.
DINING AT URBAN HILL
Is there a dress code?
No. Urban Hill does not have a dress code. Come dressed in whatever makes you comfortable.
Can I bring my own bottle of wine?
Yes. Outside bottles of wine are welcome for a $25 corkage fee per standard-size bottle.
Can I bring my own cake?
We offer a fantastic dessert selection, but if you prefer to bring a cake or similar dessert, a $3 per guest cake fee will be applied to your check.
Is there an additional fee on my check?
A 2% fee on food is added to each check to benefit our non-tipped hourly kitchen associates. This fee can be removed upon request.
Our family owners separately cover health insurance, retirement and other employee benefits for our team. Thank you for your consideration and support of our kitchen staff.
