FARM TASTING

Join us for an immersive evening celebrating the local farmers and purveyors who help shape the food at Urban Hill.
Think of it as an elevated indoor farmers market. Instead of shopping for ingredients to take home, our culinary team has done the work for you. Throughout the restaurant, you’ll find stations featuring local farms and producers, each paired with thoughtfully composed bites showcasing the best of their seasonal ingredients.
Stroll from station to station, meet the people behind the products, enjoy good food and drinks and experience the farmers, ingredients and stories that make Utah’s local food community special.
A portion of proceeds will benefit Red Acre Center and its work supporting Utah farmers and local agriculture.
More Like a Farmers Market. Less Like a Dinner.
The Urban Hill Farm Tasting is designed to be social, interactive and easygoing.
There’s no assigned seating and no traditional dinner service. Instead, stations will be set throughout Urban Hill, giving you the freedom to explore at your own pace.

Is this a seated dinner?
No. The Farm Tasting is designed as a mixing-and-mingling experience, rather than a traditional seated dinner.
How would you describe the event?
Think indoor farmers market meets elevated cocktail party.
What time should I arrive?
The event begins at 6 PM and operates as an open house, so you do not have to arrive at a specific time or stay for the entire evening.
Food service ends at 8:45 PM.
Beverage service ends at 9 PM.
Will there be seating?
Yes. There will be some seating available throughout the restaurant
Are drinks included with my ticket?
No. The event’s food experience and beverage tickets are separate. You can pre-purchase a package of three drink tickets for $50 + tax and gratuity when purchasing your tickets online.
